Registration for Member Society delegates
To be registered for the event and have access to the conference documents section, it is very important that we receive your Registration Form, available on this page. Fill one form per person, send it and wait for the confirmation e-mail.
The attendance fee for the event is US $65 for main delegates, delegates, observers and guests. This cost plus the hotel registration allow you to participate in work sessions, official dinners, use the radio station, etc. This fee is paid at the time of accreditation when you pick up your identification and other documents at the Secretariat’s office.
Important: to be officially registered at the event, you also have to register at the hotel using this Reservation Application Form. More information can be found here.
Cost information for the tour on Friday, October 4, and programs for companions will be provided later.
